1. Purpose of This Offer
This page is a public offer by Eva Levina, a freelance web designer and developer, to provide the web design and development packages listed on the Pricing page. Paying the initial deposit for a Starter or Pro package constitutes acceptance of these terms and serves as the service agreement for that project. For Custom projects, a separate written service agreement is signed and takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
2. Services Covered
Starter, Pro and Custom website packages include the scope stated on the Pricing page. SaaS, bots and AI products from €30,000 require a separate agreement before work starts, including the MVP specification, milestones and acceptance criteria; the agreed terms take precedence for that project. Domains, hosting, paid services and licences, payment processing fees and AI/API usage are billed separately. Applicable taxes are specified in the proposal. Support covers bugs in the agreed functionality for 14 / 30 / 90 days from launch; new features and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
3. Payment Terms
Websites: 50% before work starts and 50% on acceptance, before launch. SaaS, bots and AI products: 30% before work starts, 30% after prototype and architecture approval, 30% after the staging MVP demo and 10% after acceptance, before launch. Milestones and acceptance criteria are agreed in advance.
4. Timeline
Starter: 2-3 weeks; Pro: 4-6; Custom: 8-12; digital product MVP: 12-20 weeks. Work starts once the deposit, scope, materials and access are in place. Scope changes and approval delays can affect delivery dates.
5. Revisions
Starter includes 1 revision round, Pro 3 and Custom 4. The SaaS, bots and AI products package includes 4 design revision rounds. A page means a unique layout; product entries and CMS records use agreed templates. MVP screen limits include both user and admin interfaces. One revision round is one consolidated feedback list for an agreed milestone. Additional languages, pages, workflows and integrations are quoted separately.
6. Intellectual Property Transfer
Until the final payment is received in full, all design files, code, and work in progress remain the property of Eva Levina. Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the final delivered design and code transfers to the client. This offer does not cover reusable code libraries, frameworks, or tools that are not unique to the delivered project.
7. Cancellation
If a client cancels before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. Once work on the project has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time already invested. Any additional payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable for the work already delivered.
8. Confidentiality
Any non-public materials, credentials, or business information shared by the client during the project are kept confidential and are not disclosed to third parties, beyond what is needed to complete the project.
9. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project starts, completed work may be featured in Eva Levina's portfolio, including on this website and social media, after the project is delivered and live.
10. Limitation of Liability
Eva Levina's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that project. Eva Levina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or business opportunities.
11. Changes to This Offer
This public offer may be updated periodically; changes apply to projects starting after the update date and will be posted here with a new date. Projects already underway are governed by the terms in effect when the deposit was paid.
