The challenge
Bring a large range of services and expert content into a clear system. Visitors needed to find the right direction quickly: training, advice, specialists or safety solutions. The visual system also had to communicate expertise, reliability and a practical approach.
From complex information to a clear journey
I designed the service and industry page structure, user journeys and enquiry points. A shared visual system connects the service catalogue and expert resources across desktop and mobile.
The interface in detail
A clear training catalogue, adapted for desktop and mobile.

The result
IVM now has a live corporate website for the Dutch market that brings company information, services, training and expert resources into one structure. Visitors can explore the offering and reach the relevant enquiry points on desktop or mobile. I delivered the information architecture, UX/UI and implementation as one complete project.
