MindType
Anxiety Bot

A Telegram product for a psychologist: a five-question self-reflection quiz, a Claude-powered companion, paid guides and a Mini App for results, payments and booking. A private CRM brings client records and follow-up into one workspace.

The Challenge

Connect a visitor's first interest with useful self-reflection, digital materials and an appointment, while giving the psychologist a practical way to manage follow-up. The experience needed to stay inside Telegram without making every step a manual conversation.

The Solution

I designed and built the landing page, bot, Mini App and CRM as one product. The quiz leads to a profile and relevant guides; the same account connects results, a journal, payments and session booking. The quiz supports self-reflection and is not a clinical diagnosis; the AI companion does not replace a specialist.

What the product includes

One connected journey for the client, with a separate workspace for the psychologist.

Mini App & payments

Results and quiz history, a personal account, session slots and booking, plus YooKassa payment creation and status checks inside Telegram.

The result

MindType brings a landing page, Telegram bot, Mini App and private CRM into one working product. Clients can access quiz results, materials, payments and booking within a connected account, while the psychologist manages client records and follow-up in a separate workspace. I independently designed and developed the product and set up its deployment and backups.

CRM for the psychologist

Client stages, individual records, conversation history, notes and reminders. The dashboard uses its own sign-in, and its API requires authorization.

Support between visits

A Claude-powered companion, an emotion journal, a thought record, follow-up reminders and referral links. Consent is requested before protected features are used.

Launch & maintenance

HTTPS, automatic service startup, persistent conversation state and daily database backups with 14 retained copies. The production service was migrated with its client data and existing links preserved.

Explore the client experience

Open the bot in Telegram to start the quiz and access the Mini App. The psychologist's CRM remains private.
